Mindfulness Workshop Handout
The following are links discussed at a Mindfulness workshop you have attended. It is recommended that you practice meditation and mindfulness on a daily basis, this is essential for it to become a habit, and to see results. Use the two meditation beads and instructions you made at the workshop as a reminder to rest and digest.
The links below are what I have found work for myself. Try to listen to one or two on a daily basis, or create your own playlist. Good quality headphones are recommended.
KNOWLEDGE IS KEY – learn all you can on how your mind works and research Mindfulness
- Dr Joe Dispenza – Understanding how our Mind works (Highly recommended).
- John Kahoe – Mind Power – excellent book to understand how the mind works (this is a free pdf)
- Emotion Documentary – explains how negative emotions can get stuck in the body, how we drag negative luggage behind us. Small cost to subscribe but recommended.
- LOUISE HAY’S: Powerful – a truly inspiring lady, all women should listen and follow her wisdom and affirmations.
- Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Circumstances! (Law Of Attraction)
AFFIRMATIONS – repeat the same one over several days, or alternate between various audios.
- 10 Minute Guided Body Scan Meditation
- Louise Hay 101 Power Affirmations or Louise Hay – Learn to do what you really want to – whole meditation
- I AM Affirmations (Male voice) – excellent to listen to during a leisure activity, before getting up in the morning or before you go to sleep.
- Affirmations for Self-Confidence, Health, Wealth, Abundance, Happiness & Love – 2hrs (Female voice)
- Affirmations for Self-Belief and Self-Worth
- Self-Love Affirmations: “I am Beautiful” Affirm your Self Worth (Male voice)
MOTIVATIONAL AUDIOS/VIDEOS – listen to these on a regular basis, while walking, in the car, getting ready for work etc
