SUP YIN YOGA – a slow paced basic Yin Yoga session. Mostly seated postures held for around 2 to 5 minutes. Great for loosening up the connective tissues within the body. Patience and a positive mind required. Duration 1 hour and 20 minutes. Min 1x/Max 4x.
SUP Yoga BLEND – a fusion of both basic Pilates & basic Yoga. Some flexibility and balance required, suitable for paddlers that have SUPed a few times first. Duration 1 hour and 20 minutes. Min 1x/Max 4x.
