Mindfulness Workshop Handout

The following are links discussed at my Mindfulness workshops.  It is recommended that you practice meditation and mindfulness on a daily basis, this is essential for it to become a habit, and to see results.  Use the two meditation beads and instructions you made at the workshop as a reminder to meditate, plus follow the handouts to recognise negative emotions to enable change.

The links below are what I have found work for myself.  Try to listen to one or two on a daily basis, repeating favourates regularly. Good quality headphones are recommended.

KNOWLEDGE IS KEY – learn all you can on how your mind works and research Mindfulness

  1. Dr Joe Dispenza – Understanding how our Mind works (Highly recommended).
  2. Understanding your Sub Conscious Mind vs Conscious Mind / How to Access Your Subconscious Mind
  3. John Kahoe – Mind Power – excellent book to understand how the mind works (this is a free pdf)
  4. Emotion Documentary – explains how negative emotions can get stuck in the body, how we drag negative luggage behind us.  Small cost to subscribe but recommended.
  5. LOUISE HAY’S: Powerful – a truly inspiring lady, all women should listen and follow her wisdom and affirmations.
  6. Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Circumstances! (Law Of Attraction) or How the Mind Influences Reality Ways to Control Manifestation (law of attraction)
  7. The Power of Meditation with Andy Puddicombe / All it takes is 10 mindful minutes  Andy Puddicombe (Founder of Headspace meditation app)
  8. BREATHE Awareness – Guided Breathing Meditation for Stillness and Relaxation / 7 Minute Guided Breathing Meditation – Caroline McCready

AFFIRMATIONS – repeat the same one over several days, or alternate between various audios.

  1. 10 Minute Guided Body Scan Meditation
  2. Louise Hay 101 Power Affirmations or  Louise Hay – Learn to do what you really want to – whole meditation
  3. I AM Affirmations (Male voice) – excellent to listen to during a leisure activity, before getting up in the morning or before you go to sleep.
  4. Affirmations for Self-Confidence, Health, Wealth, Abundance, Happiness & Love – 2hrs (Female voice)
  5. I Am Affirmation (Female voice)
  6. Affirmations for Self-Belief and Self-Worth
  7. Self-Love Affirmations: “I am Beautiful” Affirm your Self Worth (Male voice)

MOTIVATIONAL AUDIOS/VIDEOS – listen to these on a regular basis, while walking, in the car, getting ready for work etc

  1. Morning Motivational 5mins – play every morning
  2. Best Inspirational Video Speeches Compilation 1 Hour Long
  3. 1% are doing this everyday| Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind – explains how to use your i am.. meditation beads.
  4. 7 Things you should never apologise for.

Paddle Boarding is for everyone, I am a double below knee amputee and have always wanted to paddle board. Thanks to instructor Elisha she made that happen. I'm am completely hooked and loving being on the water. Fantastic Hawkes Bay company.

Had tried paddle boarding before without any proper instruction and I didn't really enjoy it. Now that I have had a proper lesson I can't believe the difference and how much more enjoyable it is. Earl was a fantastic instructor and made my wife (who was a bit hesitant) comfortable on the water, so much so she went back for more the next day. Looking forward to our improver lesson.
