BEGINNER (ONE ON ONE) YOGA SESSION ($55.00 per person)

Private sessions can be booked for either YIN YOGA or Yoga BLEND.  Contact Elisha for further details on 021 101 7969.

SUP YIN YOGA – a slow paced basic Yin Yoga session. Mostly seated postures held for around 2 to 5 minutes. Great for loosening up the connective tissues within the body. Patience and a positive mind required.

SUP Yoga BLEND – a fusion of both basic Pilates & basic Yoga.  Some flexibility and balance required.

DURATION: If you have never SUP before – 30 min for a beginner SUP lesson, followed by a 50 min Yoga session / If you have SUP before – 60 min Yoga session, followed by a 20 min paddle.

Had tried paddle boarding before without any proper instruction and I didn't really enjoy it. Now that I have had a proper lesson I can't believe the difference and how much more enjoyable it is. Earl was a fantastic instructor and made my wife (who was a bit hesitant) comfortable on the water, so much so she went back for more the next day. Looking forward to our improver lesson. Highly recommend!!
