PRIVATE SUP YOGA SESSION
BEGINNER (ONE ON ONE) YOGA SESSION ($55.00 per person)

SUP YIN YOGA – a slow paced basic Yin Yoga session. Mostly seated postures held for around 2 to 5 minutes. Great for loosening up the connective tissues within the body. Patience and a positive mind required.
SUP Yoga BLEND – a fusion of both basic Pilates & basic Yoga. Some flexibility and balance required.
DURATION: If you have never SUP before – 30 min for a beginner SUP lesson, followed by a 50 min Yoga session / If you have SUP before – 60 min Yoga session, followed by a 20 min paddle.
